About the Book
Raising RAD Kids: Parenting with the Brain in Mind equips parents with the knowledge to understand what is happening inside their child’s brain and body.
RAD stands for Regulation, Autonomy and Daring. The book integrates neuroscience, emotional development and practical parenting strategies to help families build calmer homes and stronger relationships.
Rather than offering quick behaviour fixes, Rachel provides insight into the biological and emotional drivers that shape how children learn, behave and connect.
