I’m Rachel. As a mum of two vibrant kids, a wife, and an educator with 25 years experience, I’m passionate about people's health and well-being. I’ve created this space so that kids and families have an opportunity to reconnect with who they really are using a variety of techniques, incorporating honesty and love.

I've been privileged enough to work one on one and just recently, participated in a 4 week parent work shop with Rach and the words "thank you" don't do justice. Her workshop was detailed, very informative, easy to understand and enjoyable. Anyone who is given an opportunity to do one of her workshops should definitely take the offer. Rach is so knowledgeable and supportive and she takes the time to listen to your concerns and come up with strategies to help your child/ren with results.

Rachel has transformed my relationship with myself and with my daughter. Her coaching skills are varied but the magic lies in her ability to connect very quickly and identify the problem in a very painless way. Her intuition means that she adapts her tools and skill sets to the individual which brings about incredible results.
There is no drama or stress in her approach and her vivacious energy and quit wit instantly put us at ease. We walked away with the issue resolved and feeling empowered to move forward.
